May 2, 2022 Tuesday Jeremy and I got together for breakfast and canoodling today! He is so good to me, helping me work through losing one of my sister’s best friends and forgetting about it for a while.
My morning
8:30 am My alarm sounded early to give me time to prep to see Jeremy. I read my phone in bed
8:45 am I got up and did my morning routine, then showered, moisturized and got dressed in my blue floral top, black leggings, sky blue bra, navy blue floral panties and CROCS.
I gathered snacks for him and found a little white plastic boutique bag to carry them. I also took a bottle of water.
I put on my heavy navy blue hoodie and took off.
10 am I drove to Wilmington and met Jeremy at As Good As It Gets Cafe
Meeting Jeremy
There was a space next to his car so I pulled in and smiled at him. He smiled back and jumped out to meet me as I got out of my car. We had a nice hug. He marveled that I was wearing mostly blue today and that he was too because he knows I adore that color. Awww…
We went inside - it was crowded but they seated us pretty quickly. We had a two-top table in the middle. I ordered two different items today - a ham steak and English muffin! I also had two eggs over easy and hash browns. He had his usual scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries and raisin toast with lots of coffee!
We had a wonderful conversation - he let me tell stories about my sister’s friend who just died, and I told him how I discovered he knew so many people from so many places. I told him the joke about “Joe knows everyone.” He laughed!
https://www.reddit.com/r/Jokes/comments/2qoch1/joe_knows_everyione/ He told me about his doctor increasing his Trulity dose because of an increase in his A1c, and his upcoming vacation, and going to see an event this weekend by a group he used to help, and not being excited about it because their theories of what to do are so different. He told me his daughter passed her pregnancy diabetes test so that’s one less thing to worry about. She warned them that she passes out giving blood and they didn’t listen - she fainted and crashed to the floor and hurt her knee! He asked about the event my group is doing. I told him about having to tell the volunteers a member had died, hugging the wailing producer and getting to talk with people who don’t usually talk with me.
He talked about a snafu when he ordered a sub for dinner and went to the sub shop and it was closed! They charged his card so he had to deal with getting that reversed and go home and whip up a burger.
I went to the bathroom. He went when I returned. He paid the bill and I thanked him.
Reconnecting at the brook
11:15 am We each drove down the street to the Maple Meadow Brook. He got out of his car and looked over the water. It was very quiet on the wildlife front - there were no ducks, no turtles, no Canada Geese and no otters! I saw one red-winged blackbird. I took photos.
We walked around, looked at the tennis and soccer enclosure - it has a sign saying it is private property belonging to a local company. I thought it was town property. We looked at the Vietnam War memorial.
Conversation and canoodling
It started to rain so we got into my car. I gave him the bag full of snacks - the usual Rice Krispies mini treats, Godiva Hazelnut Chocolate domes, and Sweet & Salty almond cereal bars. He was so pleased! He also accepted the water, and tucked them into the back seat to take later.
We talked about Apple TV's
Ted Lasso and a new episode dropping tomorrow. I told him about a new cat celebrity page, Patches Journey, that I found on Facebook this week. They announced they’re doing a Weekly Wednesday Weigh-In post, so now I have two things to look forward to on Wednesdays!
I grabbed his hand and sucked on his finger. He moaned and said it was amazing how licking his finger excited his brain and hardened his cock in less than 3 seconds! We kissed and groped each other for a long while. I showed him my lacy bra and floral panties - he rubbed each one. He showed me he was wearing the t-shirt I gave him and his Royal Blue boxer briefs! I reached in to rub on him. He closed his eyes and breathed deeply as I squeezed his cock and ran my finger over the sensitive spots. I asked what his favorite way to be touched was, and he said it was all good, so I kept doing what I was doing and he moaned softly.
He asked what I was going to do this afternoon. I told him I hadn’t decided, but a nap seemed like the right answer with this dreary weather. He said he might do that too. He asked if I’d get to play and I told him it depended on where Hubby was. He said he thinks about me playing. I asked if I should bring a toy next time we meet at a hotel and he didn’t answer. He said he hoped we didn’t need it. I said we don’t but it could be fun. I told him he is definitely enough. He didn’t quite get that at first, but I said I don’t need more - he is good just the way he is and always makes our time together fun. He smiled. He said he really had a good time last week… was it only a week ago? I thanked him again for helping me deal with the sadness and he said it was literally his pleasure. We crossed our fingers that my sister doesn’t call today with more bad news.
We kissed some more and I nibbled on his ear and put my hands on his face and stuck my tongue into his mouth.
We talked about Gordon Lightfoot dying yesterday. He had not heard. I was surprised WBZ Radio played snippets of his “Sundown” song rather than “The Wreck of The Edmund Fitzgerald” which was more popular.
He jumped up and pointed - there was something swimming across the brook. We jumped out and stood in the rain - there was an otter! It kept bobbing up and down then disappeared into the vegetation on the far left end of the brook. Two ducks appeared and followed the otter, then two Canada Geese!
It rained harder, so we went back to my car. We kissed and he squeezed my left breast. He rubbed my leggings between my legs and I shifted down in the seat to give him better access. Mmm…
We talked about ways to lower his A1c. I showed him that my new app has a GMI number that estimated A1c, so i don’t have to wait for quarterly lab tests. He wondered if having a Sensor would help him. I showed him my spreadsheet and how my sugars went down dramatically when I got the Sensor. I made four diet suggestions:
- Breakfast: yogurt with granola and not too much sugar, to give him protein and the good live cultures, or eggs and meat and cheese,
- Lunch: cheese, meat and nuts, or hummus and carrots,
- Dinner: meat and cheese (without sauce or pasta or bread), and lots of veggies.
- Also to look into salads like chicken Caesar or various mixes with fun garnishes that are zero or low calorie like cucumbers, seeds, nuts etc. and to watch out for sugar in salad dressings
I also said to read labels - watching out not just for sugar but carbs. He asked if there were items with a lot of carbs that surprised me and I gave him several examples like soups, certain fruit (berries are good, melons not so much) and sauces like Chinese restaurant standards.
He said it tough because his wife can eat anything, and doesn’t think about what’s bad for him when she cooks, so lots of potatoes, pasta, sauces etc. He wondered if he’d do better running his own meals. He may get to try if she takes a traveling job to be near their daughter after their grandchild is born.
Parting
It was time for him to go, so we had one last fierce kiss and I rubbed his back. He grabbed his snack bag and the water out of the back seat, and went to his car.
I texted Hubby and headed home. Jeremy was two cars behind me the entire way. He honked his horn twice as I turned off into my place. I smiled, thanked goodness we didn’t get interrupted again with bad news, and had such a lovely time in the rain with the otter!

I enjoyed breakfast very much and of course the surprise visit by the otter! And of course the magic hand of Sassy!
Traffic was a little better going home. The outdoor event was canceled of course. Chilled the rest of the day. Sloppy Joes for dinner.

Hiya hot stuff! So fun to see you and touch you and taste you today! Thank you for listening and talking - they both seem so crucial this week! Glad to hear the traffic was better, and you got a break from having to be outside in this damp weather.
I had a lovely nap this afternoon, then dinner out at Peppercorn House in Woburn Center - hot & sour soup warmed me up, then the usual avocado salad and peppery shrimp.
So psyched for Patches Journey weigh in and Ted Lasso tomorrow! And remembering otters and ham and a handful of you!
