I had a great visit with the nephrologist - said my numbers are improving, very impressed with weight loss, low bp...wants me to check it twice a week. I did slop over into anemia, so she's sending me for iron infusions, which should pep me up for a year or so.

7:08 PM Phil
Anemia is not good.
Happy the nephrologist said your numbers are good!

It's a common problem for kidney disease folks... it's odd I don't have symptoms. Will be curious to see if it does anything for me that I didn't realize was off kilter.

January 2024 Update Five Tips

Dear Readers,

Hope your year got off to a fabulous start!  Here's a quick update on my Ashley Madison mentourage activities in January.  It was a busy month!  I connected with five men - met three, and heard from two others.  I had five meets - three with Jeremy. one with The Northerner, and met a new man - Baldr!  Camaro and Mr Truck were also in touch to start the new year.

If you've missed my earlier monthly updates, you can catch up on my activities in any given month since the pandemic hiatus:

2022 JanuaryFebruaryMarchApril,  MayJuneJulyAugust

          SeptemberOctoberNovemberDecember

2023 JanuaryFebruaryMarchAprilMayJuneJulyAugust

                     SeptemberOctoberNovemberDecember

          2024 JanuaryFebruaryMarchAprilMayJuneJulyAugust

Here are the answers to three questions:

A) Did you get to see any of the men who seemed possible at the end of last month?

    Yes!  I saw three men!!

  • Jeremy - We shared daily emails and met three times:
    • #63 January 11 for breakfast and car canoodling
    • #64 January 25 for breakfast and car canoodling
    • #65 January 30 at a hotel to giggle of squ-words and much more
We've been helping each other smile since February 2022!
  • The Northerner - We had a delicious lunch and an even better "dessert" with some chair action for our 57th meet on January 12th  (My weekly emails to him are a quick way to find out what's up in my life, with sexy finishes, so click on the Northerner label at the bottom of this post)
  • Baldr - we finally met on January 26th after chatting on and off since December 2022.  I had made it clear my dance card was full, and he took that news with grace, but asked to get together to share tips on using Ashley Madison.  He was so charming I agreed!  Read about our lunch

 B) Who else is in the picture?

        Two other men!

  • Camaro piped up for the first time since July to wish me a Happy New Year!  And tell me he met a nice woman on AM, and toss in three more restaurant recommendations.  [You can read our messages by clicking on Camaro below.] That's the last I've heard from him.
  • Mr Truck chimed in several times, sharing p0rn and restaurant ideas.  (You can see our emails by clicking on the Truck label below)
C) What's up for next month?

Will I hear from any nice men?  Will there be any meets?  I see two possibilities, but I never know who is going to pop up:

  1. Jeremy - he seems like a good bet to stick around
  2. Northerner - could he appear?  I hope so!
Stay tuned for more Sassy adventures in February 2024!

This was very nice. Thanks for sending. How was your day?
Mine was quiet with just some errands, a nap, (some personal time...hint hint) and work, which was fine with no issues.

I am glad you liked my recording. Perhaps I will do another one or maybe add your alto.
plans are going well. I like upbeat people. Glad your fiscal situation is going well.

Hiya J!

So glad to hear you had a nice nap (wink wink).

I had a very quiet day. I took Hubby to Texas Roadhouse in Everett. Thanks for inspiring me to get back there. Between the restaurant and being in Everett, thoughts of you were numerous! It got off to a rocky start - they made us wait 30 minutes for a table from 3:45 am to 4:15 pm with an empty restaurant and no explanation (assuming lack of staff) when my sugars were crashing. *sigh But once we got seated it rolled along well. I had the chili, house salad and country fried steak with cream gravy and a baked potato! I resolved to go to the one in Danvers next time I have the urge for their chili.

I've been at my desk all evening. Just ate another round of fruit & cheese.

My niece's Christmas presents have arrived in the mail, so I am set on that front! Just have to find the gift bags and tissue paper in the garage.

Hope you have an easy Friday. Nothing on my calendar!

I will be remembering your finger and you licking it! Mmm... so hot! You're welcome to let your finger do the walking inside me again!

Hi Sassy!

How was your day? Thanks for the eggplant cartoon. LOL.

I had a nice walk and hung out at home today. I actually got a trial of soundtrap software. It's fun to record tracks and mix them.  I am attaching todays project. Hope you like it.

Hannah was on the Kelly Clarkson show today pushing her special. After I wrote you yesterday as the credits were rolling Jason Sudeikis appeared in Hannah's special as the taxi driver driving her home...lol

I love the first pic from that set the best. The "concerned cats". I know that look.

For dinner we ran out to Texas Roadhouse. My basic sirloin with salad and baked potato. Hadn't been there in a while. Now I have work two nights in a row

Hiya J!

Thanks for sharing that beautiful carol! You sound so professional! I sang along on the alto part. Wonder if it would make a good lullaby for your grandson? I have almost no clue how that software works, but it is such a treat to hear your voice!

I couldn't believe that eggplant cartoon showed up on my FB feed this morning. The universe conspires to keep me thinking of you and smiling.

Glad to hear you had a quiet day at home!

Fabulous that Jason managed to pop up for Hannah's special! Hee!

Ooh... TX Roadhouse! I need to get back there soon.

My Wednesday went well. I had a good talk with my broker. He is always so upbeat! I proposed some interesting ways to avoid taxes next year as I start withdrawing from my retirement accounts, and he agreed! I find that using the financial knowledge I gained from my old job is still coming in handy.

The holly bush at my front door caught my eye - blooming just in time for a Holly Jolly Christmas!

I went up to Cucina LaRosa's in Wilmington for lunch and tried something new - a cup of split pea soup and a chicken salad Swiss BLT. Hearty and delicious!

I strolled around Market Basket - it was quiet.

My older sister wrote to tell me her beau has tested positive for COVID, so they are both home and miserable. Ugh. I told her on Monday to prepare for that and she didn't listen. Sorry I was right. Please send some healing energy their way!

I had another round of fruit & cheese - with red flame grapes this time!

I talked with my UK mushing pal about yet another bad mushing team/snowmachine collision on the Denali Highway - Jim Lanier's "Northern Whites" team was hit head on by a test driver from Polaris. Two dogs were killed - lead dogs that everyone knew the names of, and a third died on the way to the vet. Solo, Buttercup and John Lennon - all gorgeous pure white dogs. Ugh. Solo was a single puppy, raised by someone I am friends with on FB - she runs a husky rescue organization called "The August Fund" - so she is posting photos and it is heartbreaking. Something really needs to be done to stop these crashes. I can't figure out how someone can hit a dog team, much less head on, on a wide straight highway like the Denali. *sigh

I sat on the edge of my bed to change clothes, fell asleep at 7 pm and didn't wake up until 9:45 pm!

I had another Market Basket Indian butter chicken rice bowl at my desk. Cheap, fast and good!

Hope work is busy enough but not crazy. Nothing on my calendar tomorrow.

I'd better go back to bed, and imagine crawling in next to you and waking you up in a very Sassy way!

Hiya J! We made it through Monday which means tomorrow we get to be together!! YAY! Less than 12 hours now.

I watched a recap of the Ted Lasso finale tonight, and got the barbecue sauce reference this time.

I had a quiet morning, then took Hubby to the lake. I was astonished that Carl was open! There was a steady stream of folks. James told me they're doing a lot of events - had a graduation party Sunday and were headed to a school this evening for their end-of-year celebration. I got to see him feed his dog a chicken breast - so cute. We sat out on a bench and the sun came out for about 10 minutes before it rained again!

We popped in to Stop & Shop to get a few items I couldn't find at Market Basket. There was no one there... kinda scary in terms of keeping them open.

Hubby wanted to keep adventuring, so I came up with a deli in Bedford we could try. I got a Plymouth Rock sandwich - turkey, stuffing, mayo and cranberry sauce on whole wheat - to bring home for dinner. Cute little spot - reminds me of Sammy's.

I had a lovely lie down with my purple bullet vibe and newTumbl. So fun and sexy to see your reblogs! I am attaching a cartoon on this subject. ;)

I saw "Jeopardy!" and knew the final! The champ won his third even though he didn't know. The other contestants did but he was far ahead.

We watched a couple more Ted Lasso videos. I may get tired of them at some point, but not yet! I definitely want to hear your perspective.

See you tomorrow. I am so ready to hug you and grope!

May 2, 2022 Tuesday

Jeremy and I got together for breakfast and canoodling today! He is so good to me, helping me work through losing one of my sister’s best friends and forgetting about it for a while.

My morning

8:30 am My alarm sounded early to give me time to prep to see Jeremy.  I  read my phone in bed

8:45 am I got up and did my morning routine, then showered, moisturized and got dressed in my blue floral top, black leggings, sky blue bra, navy blue floral panties and CROCS.

I gathered snacks for him and found a little white plastic boutique bag to carry them. I also took a bottle of water.

I put on my heavy navy blue hoodie and took off.

10 am I drove to Wilmington and met Jeremy at As Good As It Gets Cafe

Meeting Jeremy

There was a space next to his car so I pulled in and smiled at him. He smiled back and jumped out to meet me as I got out of my car. We had a nice hug. He marveled that I was wearing mostly blue today and that he was too because he knows I adore that color. Awww…

We went inside - it was crowded but they seated us pretty quickly. We had a two-top table in the middle. I ordered two different items today - a ham steak and English muffin! I also had two eggs over easy and hash browns.  He had his usual scrambled eggs, bacon, home fries and raisin toast with lots of coffee!

We had a wonderful conversation - he let me tell stories about my sister’s friend who just died, and I told him how I discovered he knew so many people from so many places. I told him the joke about “Joe knows everyone.” He laughed!

https://www.reddit.com/r/Jokes/comments/2qoch1/joe_knows_everyione/

He told me about his doctor increasing his Trulity dose because of an increase in his A1c, and his upcoming vacation, and going to see an event this weekend by a group he used to help,  and not being excited about it because their theories of what to do are so different. He told me his daughter passed her pregnancy diabetes test so that’s one less thing to worry about. She warned them that she passes out giving blood and they didn’t listen - she fainted and crashed to the floor and hurt her knee! He asked about the event my group is doing. I told him about having to tell the volunteers a member had died, hugging the wailing producer and getting to talk with people who don’t usually talk with me.

He talked about a snafu when he ordered a sub for dinner and went to the sub shop and it was closed! They charged his card so he had to deal with getting that reversed and go home and whip up a burger.

I went to the bathroom. He went when I returned. He paid the bill and I thanked him.

Reconnecting at the brook

11:15 am We each drove down the street to the Maple Meadow Brook. He got out of his car and looked over the water. It was very quiet on the wildlife front - there were no ducks, no turtles, no Canada Geese and no otters! I saw one red-winged blackbird. I took photos.

We walked around, looked at the tennis and soccer enclosure - it has a sign saying it is private property belonging to a local company. I thought it was town property. We looked at the Vietnam War memorial.

Conversation and canoodling

It started to rain so we got into my car. I gave him the bag full of snacks - the usual Rice Krispies mini treats, Godiva Hazelnut Chocolate domes, and Sweet & Salty almond cereal bars. He was so pleased! He also accepted the water, and tucked them into the back seat to take later.

We talked about Apple TV's Ted Lasso and a new episode dropping tomorrow. I told him about a new cat celebrity page, Patches Journey, that I found on Facebook this week. They announced they’re doing a Weekly Wednesday Weigh-In post, so now I have two things to look forward to on Wednesdays!

I grabbed his hand and sucked on his finger. He moaned and said it was amazing how licking his finger excited his brain and hardened his cock in less than 3 seconds! We kissed and groped each other for a long while. I showed him my lacy bra and floral panties - he rubbed each one. He showed me he was wearing the t-shirt I gave him and his Royal Blue boxer briefs! I reached in to rub on him. He closed his eyes and breathed deeply as I squeezed his cock and ran my finger over the sensitive spots. I asked what his favorite way to be touched was, and he said it was all good, so I kept doing what I was doing and he moaned softly.

He asked what I was going to do this afternoon. I told him I hadn’t decided, but a nap seemed like the right answer with this dreary weather. He said he might do that too. He asked if I’d get to play and I told him it depended on where Hubby was. He said he thinks about me playing. I asked if I should bring a toy next time we meet at a hotel and he didn’t answer. He said he hoped we didn’t need it. I said we don’t but it could be fun. I told him he is definitely enough. He didn’t quite get that at first, but I said I don’t need more - he is good just the way he is and always makes our time together fun. He smiled. He said he really had a good time last week… was it only a week ago? I thanked him again for helping me deal with the sadness and he said it was literally his pleasure. We crossed our fingers that my sister doesn’t call today with more bad news.

We kissed some more and I nibbled on his ear and put my hands on his face and stuck my tongue into his mouth.

We talked about Gordon Lightfoot dying yesterday. He had not heard. I was surprised WBZ Radio played snippets of his “Sundown” song rather than “The Wreck of The Edmund Fitzgerald” which was more popular.

He jumped up and pointed - there was something swimming across the brook. We jumped out and stood in the rain - there was an otter! It kept bobbing up and down then disappeared into the vegetation on the far left end of the brook. Two ducks appeared and followed the otter, then two Canada Geese!

It rained harder, so we went back to my car. We kissed and he squeezed my left breast. He rubbed my leggings between my legs and I shifted down in the seat to give him better access. Mmm…

We talked about ways to lower his A1c. I showed him that my new app has a GMI number that estimated A1c, so i don’t have to wait for quarterly lab tests. He wondered if having a Sensor would help him. I showed him my spreadsheet and how my sugars went down dramatically when I got the Sensor. I made four diet suggestions:
  1. Breakfast: yogurt with granola and not too much sugar, to give him protein and the good live cultures, or eggs and meat and cheese,
  2. Lunch: cheese, meat and nuts, or hummus and carrots,
  3. Dinner: meat and cheese (without sauce or pasta or bread), and lots of veggies.
  4. Also to look into salads like chicken Caesar or various mixes with fun garnishes that are zero or low calorie like cucumbers, seeds, nuts etc. and to watch out for sugar in salad dressings
I also said to read labels - watching out not just for sugar but carbs. He asked if there were items with a lot of carbs that surprised me and I gave him several examples like soups, certain fruit (berries are good, melons not so much) and sauces like Chinese restaurant standards.

He said it tough because his wife can eat anything, and doesn’t think about what’s bad for him when she cooks, so lots of potatoes, pasta, sauces etc. He wondered if he’d do better running his own meals. He may get to try if she takes a traveling job to be near their daughter after their grandchild is born.

Parting

It was time for him to go, so we had one last fierce kiss and I rubbed his back. He grabbed his snack bag and the water out of the back seat, and went to his car.

I texted Hubby and headed home. Jeremy was two cars behind me the entire way. He honked his horn twice as I turned off into my place. I smiled, thanked goodness we didn’t get interrupted again with bad news, and had such a lovely time in the rain with the otter!

I had a lovely nap this afternoon, then dinner out at Peppercorn House in Woburn Center - hot & sour soup warmed me up, then the usual avocado salad and peppery shrimp.

So psyched for Patches Journey weigh in and Ted Lasso tomorrow! And remembering otters and ham and a handful of you!
