Thanks for the Pats comment, made me laugh!

Foot doc did cortisone shot - helps! Put heel lift in shoes, suggested lots to try.  Yay! It's evil plantar fasciitis...

Took a nap at 5 pm, slept until midnight! Oops! So I'm awake and thinking of you. Mmm... Hugs.

Nasty stuff. Inserts should help. Cortisone shot is a bitch. Got one of those and I'll take the other pain next time. Enjoy a less painful day!

They numbed first - didn't feel it. I can walk! Such joy! If you were here, I'd want all our feet elevated! Have a wonderful Wednesday!
