The Wink

So I get a message from Ashley Madison.  The subject line looks really juicy:

Today 1 member has contacted you! 

Woohoo!

Then I open it and it reads In the last 24 hours you have received
1 wink. 

*sigh* Well.. that's something.  That cost him nothing.  Ah well... it is the first AM contact I've gotten in weeks, and my first contact since the jerk in July, so I'm skittish.  But I think it's worth a look.

I took a deep, logged in to AM and looked at his profile. Age 52.  6’0” 215 pounds.  Sounds about right.  From a nice suburb, with the "Anything Goes" limit that is not a limit at all!  Attached male... good.  It was very terse but there was a spark there.  So I winked him back.

He wrote me three times, the last one offering me his Yahoo ID and an invitation to chat.  I stared at the messages for awhile.  Am I really going to try this again?  Take a deep breath.  It will be fine.  Baby steps.  

So I switched over to email and tried to make a Yahoo IM connection.
