I googled and found the exact same language in a article about how to fix it it - has 6 steps to try
and tells you where they probably found your email (sites that had breaches)

Luckily I've heard of these from my mentourage... I end up holding their hand while they fix it. Scares the crap out of them
And they mostly don't apply to Apple computers
